Vocalist Lou Villano and Comedienne Maureen Langan
Lou Villiano's extensive background as a performer spans 40 years in
entertainment and the performing arts. He has performed with comedians Tom Cotter,
Steve Solomon, Bobby Kelton, Peter Fogel, Brad Zimmerman, Lee Stanley,
Ben Kurland, Barry St. Ives, Alan Prophet, Carl Guerra, Rocky LaPorte and the great
Wendy Liebman.
A regular at New York's legendary Caroline's, comedienne Maureen Langan plays
clubs and festivals throughout the United States and the world, including Ireland,
Scotland, Canada, New York, Boston, and Nantucket. She has opened for headliners
including Joy Behar, Steven Wright, and Rosie O'Donnell.
"Many of us remember the magic of a weekend in the Catskills," said Martin Cohen,
Vice President of Five Towns College, who heads the Center. "We've tried to recreate
that simpler time and sense of fun. We look forward to offering this series and know
that it will be one of our most popular programs, hopefully year after year."
